Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to GEX Session Monitor (the “Service”). Please read it before subscribing.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, including partial or unused periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
1. Try before you pay
Every account begins with a 7-day free trial of the full dashboard, with no card required up front. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate whether the Service fits your needs before any payment is taken. We encourage you to use it fully before subscribing.
2. No refunds
Because the Service provides immediate, ongoing access to live data and analysis, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. This applies to both monthly and annual plans and to any unused portion of a billing period. Forgetting to cancel before a renewal is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the payment provider. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time after cancellation.
4. Payments & statutory rights
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a statutory right to a refund or cancellation (for example, certain cooling-off rights), that right is unaffected by this policy, and such requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and Paddle’s buyer terms.
5. Billing problems
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or believe there is a genuine billing mistake, contact us at support@gexmon.app and we will review it in good faith.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above and apply to purchases made after they take effect.
