Refund Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to GEX Session Monitor (the “Service”). Please read it before subscribing.
14-day refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of any subscription payment within 14 days of the date that payment was taken. No justification is required.
1. Try before you pay
Every account begins with a 7-day free trial of the full dashboard, with no card required up front. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate whether the Service fits your needs before any payment is taken. We encourage you to use it fully before subscribing.
2. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, and to first payments as well as renewal payments. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@gexmon.app from the email address on your account, within 14 days of the charge, and tell us the date of the payment. You do not need to give a reason. We aim to process valid requests within 5 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly using the receipt they emailed you.
4. After the 14-day window
Once more than 14 days have passed since a payment, that payment is non-refundable, including any unused portion of the billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Forgetting to cancel before a renewal is not, by itself, grounds for a refund outside the 14-day window — but if a renewal genuinely caught you out, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the payment provider. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — if you are within the 14-day window and want your money back, request a refund as described above.
6. Payments & statutory rights
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a statutory right to a refund or cancellation (for example, certain cooling-off rights), that right is unaffected by this policy, and such requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and Paddle’s buyer terms.
7. Billing problems
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or believe there is a genuine billing mistake, contact us at hello@gexmon.app and we will review it in good faith.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above and apply to purchases made after they take effect.
